Appartement très pratique et environnement vraiment tres agréable! L'accueil est tres bon et les services proposés par l'hotel geniaux. Nous avons appreciez le service de navette gratuit aéroport-hotel,la location de vélo, et l'happy hour de 19h a 20h ! La piscine est petite mais très agréable. Si je devais séjourner de nouveau à Miami c'est sans aucun doute que que je réserverais auprès du groupe Southbeachgroup !

El apartamento es perfecto, tanto por comodidad como decoración, electrodmesticos, utensilios de cocina, etc. Esta bien ubicado, la limpieza es buena y las instalaciones estan muy cuidadas, sinceramente es un acierto seguro.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was in a good position, only 5 mins walk from beach and 10 mins to the restaurants and nightlife. Free Wifi and free bike rental. Modern decor. I'd definetly stay again and would recommend it to others.

The stay was very pleasant, lovely pool and garden area for enjoying the sun. Chairs outside the apartment were a lovely touch. Apartment was cleaned to a high standard each day

Very nice apartment, comfortable and clean. It is in a residential area, but it's close to the beach. The kitchen is complete and everything is new. No parking space included, but there's a public and also a private parking 200 meters from the apartment. Next time in Miami Beach, I'd like to stay at Tradewinds again.

The apart is very good and is close to the beach and not too far from the Lincoln Rd. that is a great point in Miami Beach. I recommend !

Realmente perfecto.El apartamento era ideal, decoración moderna, limpio, cómodo que hace una estancia verdaderamente agradable. Muy buena ubicación y excelente complejo. Totalmente satisfactoria la elección, lo recomiendo. El personal muy agradable.

Loved this appartment! Room 312 is great if you want some peace & quiet & to come and go as you please. Right next to a small canal bridge which takes you to the street where you can catch a bus around SOBE for 25cents! Everything very clean and spacious, maid service everyday and if you wanted a lie in just hang your do not disturb sign on the door and they will call back later. Was like having our own wee flat in SOBE.

Muy buena ubicación y la zona es muy tranquila. Excelente atención de todo el personal y todos hablan español. A mi parecer le faltarian algunos utencillos de cocina pero eso se soluciona facilmente. De volver a Miami volveria al mismo lugar. 100% recomendable

We stayed at the Tradewinds for 15 days, and had a really great time! The appartments are really good value for money; really big and well equipped. The location is very good; a 3 minute walk to the beach, and Miami Beach is also do-able walking (and if you don't want to walk, the South Beach Local bus-route stops at a 1-minute walk, this will take you anywere in Miami Beach for only $0,25). We had a great time and would highly recommend the Tradewinds!

très propre et joli. proche de la plage et des divers commodités (supermarché,...). l'accès aux vélos est également très utile et agréable. seul défaut: la piscine n'est pas toujours propre et bien trop de chlore... mais mieux vaut aller à la plage!

Appartement spacieux , correct, mais limité par le bâtiment voisin. Pas de rideaux dans la chambre; ustensiles de cuisines basiques. Bonne localisation à proximité de Collins Avenue et de la plage.

Everything good, Only critisism is that due to a lack of organisation between the hotel and the laundry company it took 6 days to get our clothes cleaned. Other than that, staff helpful, apartment clean, cleaners polite. Excellent stay, would definitely stay there again.

Me pareció siper bien, cerca caminando de la playa, restaurants, lincon road (muy caminable) y de supermercado para comprar. El hotel buenísimo, limpio, sólo tuve q pedir un par de veces toallas y otros q olvidaba la mucama.

No todos los empleados hablan Español y la lavanderia no van con monedas utilizan un método en el que como no tengas varias lavadoras y secadoras que poner siempre se queda con medio dolar. La televisión no tiene muchos canales, y no tienen cable. El resto estuvo genial, el trato, la información, los electrodomésticos, el personal, el lugar, la cercanía a todo. La verdad es que volvería sin problemas y lo recomendaria con toda tranquilidad.

Tout était parfait, super bien situé, personnel très gentil et dévoué. Le seul petit problème nous étions au premier et l'insonorisation laisse à désirer. La prochaine fois nous demanderons à être au second étage. Je recommande cet endroit à tous et nous y retournerons assurément.

Lors de notre séjour en famille nous étions 4, un couple,1 bébé, 1 enfant de 5 ans. Il manquait un lit supplémentaire comme celui de la chambre très comfortable au lieu du canapé lit qui laisse à désirer pour dormir. En ce qui concerne la propreté les femmes de ménage sont toujours disponibles mais dans les placards trop de poussière accumulée.

Good location, just away from the main strip and beach. It would have been good to have use of the Catalina hotel's beach area as part of the same group. Happy hour in The Catalina was excellent.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, sin ruidos. Apartamento muy cómodo, aunque el equipamiento de la cocina es algo básico. Aera de la piscina también agradable y tranquila. A dos pasos de una playa preciosa. Recomendable.

Fue una experiencia muy positiva, el apartamento era amplio y muy agradable y a pesar de unos trabajos de mantenimiento que se estaban realizando en el edificio, no se escuchaba ningun ruido dentro. Todo el personal fue muy amable y los servicios excelentes. Se merecen la mejor puntuación.

This property was brilliant. great location... close to everything such as the beach, shops and restrants. Reception was very polite and friendly. Easy check in and out service. Pool was lovely and great atmosphere. Apartment was very modern, clean and exactly what we had hoped for. Definatley coming again next year!!!

We stayed 9 days in this apartment, we really enjoyed staying here! Every day our apartment got cleaned. Free bikes at the reception, that you could use. The apartments are nice and big, two LCD tv's in living room and bedroom. The apartments are recently renovated, so everything also outside is new and fresh. Also the location is perfect! 20minutes walk from south beach shops and beach. Also bus stops on the streets around.

We stayed 5 nights here for a really great price. The pool and gardens actually do look like the pictures - it's quite pretty and lush. We stayed at one of the rooms on the second floor by the pool. The rooms were very nice, the beds were comfy, there were plenty of pots and pans and dishes to cook for 4 people, bathrooms were fine. The pool was also super nice, there were great loungers and pillows and tables (to eat downstairs if you like) - loved that! The front desk was very nice and helpful, although there were some errors with what they charged my credit card. Best to check what they charge you when you check in. The other thing is Pinetree garden is good if you are going with some friends and don't mind the "partying" mode the hotel has...especially around the pool.

The service offered by the reception was very good, my son was sick and they managed to get an appointment to the doctor for us. this is only one example amongst many other ones.

Con respecto a la vivienda, no hay critica. Si un comentario a Feel, no nos avisaron que para llegar al apartamento había un transporte en el aeropuerto.
