- Your apartment on the first page of major search engines and directories
- Publication/listing prepared by us
- Management of tenant information
- Receipt of initial advance reservation fee
- Availability calendar update
- Contact with your check-in provider (or yourself if you are in charge of it)
- Dispatch of final booking confirmation to your provider + owner's confirmation.
- Your personal advisor will regularly liaise with you to maximize your occupancy rates
If a problem should arise with your apartment, we will find alternative accommodation for your tenants.
