We are responsible for the complete and exclusive management of your apartment, from the evaluation of prospective tenants to the moment they leave the apartment, reducing your agency costs to 30%. You will have regular contact with a personal agent.

We advertise your apartment on the Internet
Details of service:
- Your apartment is on the first page of major search engines and directories
- Publishing/listing prepared by us
- Management of tenant information
- Receipt of initial advance reservation fee
- Availability calendar update
- Contact with your check-in provider (or yourself if you are in charge of it)
- Dispatch of final booking confirmation to your provider + owner’s confirmation
- Your personal advisor will regularly liaise with you to maximize your occupancy rates
- If a problem should arise with your apartment, we will find alternative accommodation for your tenants
- Customer relations before arrival
- Reception: Check-in, return of keys, presentation of apartment, provision of essential information on property
- Housekeeping and household linen

Rates:
The price of the service varies depending on the size of the apartment and the number of rooms. In general, the costs represent 40-45% of the total amount paid by the tenants.
