Feel Miami services work as expected during the reservation process and I do not have any kind of difficult, so continue with your excellent services Related to the apartment , it really was a excellent accommodation, everything were exactly as the pictures and no surprises. Internet access and TV programs were excellent Excellent bathrooms for both bedrooms and a beautiful balcony view Condominium access is very easy to get, the parking lot is adequate without any additional costs (as expected) Just some minutes driving to the beach A lot of facilities as Publix / Walgreens / BaySide at walking distance

Some words , for sure will not reflecting the great moment and feelings we got all three together spent while the period in the ''Jelila and Eric'' paradise, the apartment is like everybody want his own one to be, well equipped, and extremely comfortable. The owners have done their best for us to spend a good time. The location in the ‘’Grant ‘’ Condo is ideal for all moving’s in the Miami town. For who doesn't know Miami, do it like us, you will be sure about your holidays success. Parking area inside the complex, huge swimming pool, all clean, first class...etc ..etc , and on top of it a beautiful ocean.. Will come back for sure.

We enjoyed a lot of this apartment. First time in miami and absolutely not last! There was everything we needed and much much more. Big screen tv´s, wlan, ps3 etc. The balcony view is amazing. Housekeeper also kept us well all the time, and services was very good. Everything worked very vell and as agreeded with the owner. Location is also amazing and the staff in grand is very, very helpful and nice. We absolutely recommend this for everybody

The condo is located in a very nice building with easy access to the art center and port of Miami. It is well within walking distance to other fun places and events. We found the shops and restaurants in the lobby to be wonderful as most household and grocery items could be bought without having to leave the building. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated with a "NY loft" and "Paris Chic" feel to it. The unit has everything you'd need to feel at home, including washer/dryer and a great kitchen. Several TV's and even a fax/copy/print machine for a computer make this ideal for those who may need to do some work while on vacation. The view from the balcony is amazing and the unit is indeed spacious and bigger than what the photos show. The master bathroom is to die for as it features a tile shower and separate soaking tub! The building features a wonderful pool and hot tub, as well as very complete gym and sauna. Security and the staff were very friendly.

Every detail has been take care of to make you fell comfortable with appropriate items for each needs and interests, even for the most demanding guests. We would rate this apartment with an A marking and we have enjoyed our stay here to the limit !!

Such a lovely place to stay during our visit to Miami! It is tastefully decorated, immaculate and the view of the bay is beautiful!! There is all the possible conveniences any one could want...a television in every room, play station, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, towels for the pool, free parking in the garage, a copier/fax machine and even a GPS device to use for getting around. They really thought of everything to make our stay pleasant. In addition there is a huge pool, jacuzzi, full gym and shops and restaurants on the lobby level. The owner was so pleasant to work with and very patient with any questions I had.

We have just returned from our stay at this condo located at the Grand in Miami. We have made this annual trip to Miami for the past several years and never have we been so impressed with our accomodations. The condo is well appointed with exceptional media beyond what one might expect in a rental. The beds, furniture, linens and attention to detail are all at a very high standard. The photos and description are exactly as listed on the site. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needed to prepare meals. The staff at the Grand does a great job of making you feel welcome. The on site restaurants and services, the fitness club, pool and amenities leave nothing to be desired. This is in a great location, close to downtown with beautiful frontage on Biscayne Bay. With all of the positives mentioned, the most impressive aspect of the condo is the wonderful kindness and warmth provided by the owner. Great communication. Best stay ever! See you next year.

Everything was like on the pictures. Very nice introduction by the owner of the apartment. We had a very nice contact to the owner and a great time in Miami. We´ll come back as soon as possible.

Pasamos una semana de nuestras vacaciones en este excelente departamento de lujo, todo para recomendar, excelente ubicacion, hermosa decoracion, con todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa.Un dormitorio en suite con vista a la bahia con un baño totalmente completo.A la cocina no le falta nada uno tiene de todo para cocinar,un living comedor muy amplio tambien con una vista a la bahia de pelicula. En pocas palabras EXCELENTE.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location où tout est pensé pour notre confort. L'accueil est fort chaleureux, l'appartement superbement décoré et impeccable, la piscine, immense, chauffée au moins à 30 degrés, le spa, la salle de gym, le parking: tout est parfait... Nous recommandons très vivement cette location et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours début mars dans cet appartement et nous revenons de Miami absolument enchantés. Toute la description est rigoureusement exacte et la propreté de l'appartement impeccable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : la localisation, l'équipement très complet et la décoration raffinée. La liste est longue : la vue incroyable sur la baie et le parc en bas de l'immeuble, la piscine d'eau de mer chauffée, sans oublier l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui nous ont fournis de nombreux renseignements précieux.

Cet appartement est tout simplement sublime! L'accueil par la propriétaire était parfait et sa gentillesse aussi! La déco de l'appartement a vraiment bien été choisie et notre séjour à l'intérieur a été un moment inoubliable et à jamais gravé dans nos coeurs... La vue qu'offre l'appartement est à couper le souffle! C'est à coup sûr que nous reviendrons dans cet appartement et nous remercions encore la propriétaire pour son charmant accueil.
