The apartments are located in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s business district. It is also a residential area with many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The beaches of South Beach, North Beach and Mid Beach are also very close, as is the famous Art Deco District and the famous Venetian Causeway, which leads to Biscayne

Bay.

The living room is spacious, bright and well decorated. It has two sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), as well as a coffee table and large flat screen television with 50 channels.

Each bedroom has a queen size bed, two night tables and a large window overlooking a balcony with stunning views of Miami.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and dining area with a table for 6 people.
Both bathrooms are complete and equipped with shower, toilet and washbasin.
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, Internet connection and include a parking space. Guests also have access to a gym, a garden with barbecue area and a roof terrace.
