We had a great time staying in the apartment. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had everything you might need. The owner was very helpful; he gave us a number of recommendations and directions and provided us with the local cell phone. The apartment is a 5 min walk from the beach and a 7 min walk from the nearest food store. It is ideal if you need quite beach holidays and don't need close proximity to bars and clubs. It is real value for money, much better than staying in a hotel and is highly recommended to anyone who is planning to have relaxing holiday in Miami. I would stay in the same apartment again

The property was absolutely perfect, a lot better then expected. The only thing that displeased me was the unreasonable fees that you charged for the reservation. If I compare the price of the rental versus the price of the week, we are at almost 20% of reservation fees, this is ridiculous in comparison of the normal fees which are about 6 or 7%. For this reason I will not use your service again in the future.

The place was great and if we return to Miami we'll go back to the apart, the only thing that was a bit annoying for us was the brightness of the room in the living room. We would recommend black out curtains.

The apartment is lovely - exactly how it looks in the pictures, & the owner was so helpful. It's a 5 minute walk from the beach front. Also really handy that we were given a local phone to make local phonecalls.

The apartment was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and the owner was more than helpful to us in recommending places to eat and giving us directions. He also drove us to the grocery store the night we arrived...how sweet and thoughtful! We ate at TiramSu and Puerto Sagua and loved them both! He even dropped off an iron and ironing board for us when we needed one.....he truly went above and beyond the call of duty and you helped make our trip to Miami the best it could be.

It was good, simple, everything what you need was there or around. it was fine. i would take it again. Ein schönes Apartment in North Beach Miami (EG). Es war sauber und alles da, was man für schöne Tage braucht. Bei Ankunft, war alles sauber. Küche war ausreichend bestückt. Wohnzimmer mit Essecke bietete mehr als genug Platz. Schlafzimmer war groß, bett bequem, Kleiderschrank und Schränkchen naja. Technisches know-how für amerika angemessen klasse (langeweile beim tv kam nicht auf). Der Strand (selbst dafür war alles da - Decke/Liegen) ist nur zwei Straßenkreuzungen entfernt (wenige Meter/weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß gemütlich und man steht mit den Füßen im Meer) Es liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, doch man hört nichts davon. Parkplätze vor der Tür sind da. Ein Mietwagen, ist Vorraussetzung, damit man auch mehr von Miami sieht! Es liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend, wo die Einheimischen selber wohnen. Hatte man Probleme, hat der Vermieter sofort versucht zu helfen. Also wir würden es wieder buchen, da Preis und Leistung stimmten.
