The pictures represent 2 identical units located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a small, recently renovated building, without elevator.
The apartment is just 10 minutes' walk from all the tourist spots in South Beach: the beach, Ocean Drive, restaurants, fashion boutiques, bars and nightclubs. It is in the heart of the Art Deco district on Meridian Avenue, a quiet area with many green spaces. The accommodation is located in a small family oriented condo. It is very peaceful and quiet.
The main room

has a wooden floor, large double bed, double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen television and a dining table for two.
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, etc.
The bathroom has a large shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet.
This apartment is equipped with Internet connection, air conditioning, heating and a dishwasher.

(Comment s'est passé votre séjour ?) L'appartement était très confortable et très joli. Place de parking avec l'appartement. Nous avons eu un accueil très sympa avec l'équipe qui travaillait sur place ( nettoyage de l'appartement régulièrement avec le changement des serviettes, serviettes de toilette et de plages sont fournies, produit à vaisselle, sacs poubelles, éponge ) . L'environnement était très agréable. Nous avons pu nous promener à pied régulièrement, puisque l'appartement est à proximité du centre ville ( 10 minutes à pied de la plage d'Ocean Drive, des magasins ) . (Nous recommanderiez-vous ?) Oui, car service client irréprochable. Accueil agréable.
