The apartment is just 10 minutes' walk from all the tourist spots in South Beach: the beach, Ocean Drive, restaurants, fashion boutiques, bars and nightclubs. It is in the heart of the Art Deco district on Meridian Avenue, in a quiet area with many green spaces. The accommodation is located in a small family oriented condo. It is very peaceful and quiet.
