OCEAN DRIVE HOTEL 1BR - Miami beach, pool, business center, apartment rental

The Congress is an unpretentious hotel, but is located quite close to Mangos and the Clevelander and other Ocean Drive hangouts. It is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms are nice and it was clean. The staff were helpful. Downside: no bar. Upside: great rooftop pool. But it is the sort of place you go to in order to enjoy the rest of South Beach: unlike the mega hotels like the Delano, the Congress is not a destination of itself. It is a nice, clean comfortable 4-building hotel. And a cheap way of being where the action is!

This great place is in the middle of Ocean Drive and close to everything.

We loved the accommodation and the position for availability to the beach and restaurants, the unit was as advertised. The fold out couch was very uncomfortable and could not be counted as a bed to sleep on, even for our 4 year old daughter who slept in the middle of us in our bed instead. The baby travel cot that was ordered, was not there in the room when we arrived and so we had no bedding for the baby the first night either. We had very limited to no sleep most nights, and the children's sleep was disrupted. There was a roof top party at the hotel every day/night we were there and the noise from this was very intrusive and could be heard till all hours. We wish that we had been advised of this roof top pool party because we were unable to take the children to the pool at any time due to the noise and adult themes that were unsuitable 24/7. The pool lounges were also removed to accommodate the party so you could not lounge around the pool. We still had to pay resort costs which we believe was not due because the facilities were unable to be used. We believe that we should have been advised of this due to the noise and disruption to the pool and breakfast prior to booking the resort. We would not have stayed there at this time of year, due to having young children with us. The staff was very helpful and friendly and if you don't want to sleep and want to party this resort is for you.

Hotel très bien situé, pas trop bruyant malgré que ce soit sur Ocean Drive, personnel accueillant, surtout au petit déjeuner ! Sinon le seul bémol serait l'équipement dans la cuisine, il manque énormément d'ustensils tels que les couverts, les accessoires type ouvre-boite, paire de ciseaux etc... sinon tout était parfait et je n'hésiterai pas à retourner au même endroit merci donc à Feelmiami !!!!

Je m'attendais plus à un appartement-hôtel qu'un hôtel tout court. L'équippement était insuffisant. Un tout petit placard, on a du laisser les affaires dans les valises. Une seule chaise pour s'assoir... Une seule casserole, 2 verres à vin (un petit un grand, pourquoi pas les deux pareils?). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient parfaites, mais le salon avec le coin cuisine n'était pas bien équipé.
