On the 12th floor of a condominium with elevator in the center of South Beach’s, this 55m2 studio apartment is situated in the heart of the tourist activities in South Beach. It is located on a pedestrian street, between Collins Avenue (known for its grand hotels) and the beach, close to many shops, restaurants and bars with terraces. The main room is very bright and has a sofa, two armchairs, small desk, queen size bed for two people and a futon that can accommodate one adult or two children.
The dining area is equipped with a table and 4 chairs, and an open plan kitchen adjoins main room. Guests have access to a small terrace of 9m2 from which there are incredible views over the swimming pool and the ocean.
The building also offers several services and all the necessary equipment. You can enjoy the swimming pool and the gym whenever you want, and there is a direct access to the beach.
