The service is really great, the personal from the cleaning ladies until the management are really kind persons. I highly recommend it to anyone who want to spend vacation in a confortable environment near to everything.

I enjoyed my stay here! Best place to stay in Miami South beach. Your so close to ocean drive and the beach. It's literally two blocks away. But when you ready to escape the madness during Spring Break this apt was quit living and a grey place to kick back and enjoy Miami.

looks smaller than on the internet (also some equipment on the photos was not there) because the only window is inside, it is very dark location is great, very quiet and central, very social because of seating outside in the courtyard

Good stay, very friendly people, very clean, perfect exept a little loud neighbor, the kitchen could have had some more equipement, no cable tv. But all in all 9 out of 10 points!

This is a really nice apartment with a nice garden to chill out in a very perfect location of Miami Beach. The room had nice furniture and TV/stereo, nice kitchen with a huge fridge... Cleaning service is just once a week, but overall this apartment is very nice an we really enjoyed our stay at the sunbrite app.

The rented property is a great location in Miami Beach. Very closed to the beach and all services to spend good times and good vacation. There is a supermarket 2 blocks far from the apartment. The bus stop from the airport is close too. The apartment is very modern and clean, all the furniture and the equipments are very high tech and useful.

tres bel appartement dommage que le menage a ete fait que 3 fois en 12jrs. il aurai fallu une machine a laver dans ce type de location. sinon dans l ensemble rien a dire le comble aurai etai une piscine!

Satisfactory. Very silent site, good level of guests. Ocean drive at 3 blocks (13th-14th street). Well managed. No surprise in payment and deposit respect what agreed.

Parfait pour un séjour de courte durée! C'est propre, agréable, très très bien situé pour tout ce qui vous intéresse à Southbeach (plage, ocean drive, art deco, market). La cours intérieure est magnifique et bien entretenue. L'appartement est nettoyé 2 fois par semaine. Les seules points négatifs sont: Le check-in ou check-out après 6pm (18h) se fait dans un autre hôtel à 5 minutes de marche (désagréable lorsque c'est la nuit) et la cuisine est très peu équipée. J'y retournerai assurément si j'ai à séjourner de nouveau à SouthBeach.

El apartamento está ubicado solo a 5 mins andando de la playa y alrededor hay restaurantes y bares. El ambiente en general ha sido muy bueno, hay café a libre disposición y sofás grandes en el jardín para descansar antes de salir a cenar.

Il s'agit d'un appartement très agréable et bien équipé. Il y règne une très bonne ambiance. Les personnes rencontrées ont été très serviables. La présence de personnel de ménage est très utile durant un séjour de 2 semaines. De retour à Paris, nous regrettons nos petits déjeuners en terrasse dans la résidence.

très bon rapport qualité/prix, le logement se trouve à quelques minutes seulement de la plage de South Beach, ce qui permet d'être tout proche des lieux festifs (Ocean Drive ou Espagnola Way), tout en profitant du calme et de la tranquilité la nuit.
