This large condominium, built on the beach in the heart of Miami Beach, is located on the famous Millionaire’s Row, Collins Avenue, up to 61st Street. It is 5 minutes drive from Lincoln Road, on a pedestrian shopping street in South Beach which offers a variety of restaurants. This is a classic and very family oriented building, comfortable and excellent value for money. There is a gym, swimming pool, private area for picnic and barbecue, and parking included in price. This building allows pets.


The direct and private access to the beach from the pool is the biggest advantage of this building, which is equidistant from all the main shopping centers, South Beach, Miami International Airport, Down Town, Biscayne Boulevard and the Design District .
REGATTA is a luxury apartment, spacious, fully renovated and furnished with new luxury brands. The living room has a balcony with incredible views of the city and the canals of South Beach. It had an open plan kitchen-living area and a master bedroom with large double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and has 2 single beds.
