You are in Sunny Island, between Miami (20 minutes by car) and Fort Lauderdale. An ideal place for a really relaxing vacation. Water sports, walks on the beach and shopping are all here for you to enjoy.
Your building is facing the beach. It is very well equipped with a reception, swimming pool, sauna, massage room, gym and a private beach.
The 680 sq ft apartment is on the 6th floor of a building with elevator.
The living room has a very comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen television. From this room you can access the balcony that overlooks the ocean.
The well equipped kitchen is open to the living room with a breakfast bar and 2 high stools.
The bedroom has a large king size double bed, two bedside tables and an individual sofa bed.
You have access to the full bathroom with tub and shower from the lounge.
The property is equipped with air conditioning, wireless internet, TV with DVD player, washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher.
You can rent a parking space for $20 a night.

Note: Condo fees are not included in the price (fees to be paid at the front desk: 15$/day).

Guests will have daily housekeeping. For whatever maintenance / repair / issue, guests can go directly to the front desk. We will no longer provide air beds. If an extra bed is needed, Andrea will order it at the front desk but soon, additional charges may apply. Baby material and linens for sofa bed will be provided by hotel at no additional charge.
