You are in the Art Deco district on Collins Avenue, one of the most glamorous streets on Miami Beach, not far from the luxurious shops and superb restaurants in Bal Harbor and South Beach. The apartment is located between the skyscrapers of Miami and the Atlantic Ocean.
There are eight apartments that are completely identical. They are also in the same building as the SUNRISE 1, which may be advantageous for large groups (the prices published on the website are for one apartment’s rental,
if you wish to book several apartments, please inform our Booking Team).
These apartments are located in a building that offers excellent facilities for a successful vacation. There is a huge swimming pool, a fitness center open from 7am to 10am, 2 tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a mini-market and direct access to a private beach where you can enjoy wonderful sunrises.
The building also offers (at an additional cost) a nearby championship 18-hole golf course, valet service, laundry service and a safe deposit box for your personal properties.
The apartments all have a large and bright living room and a dining area with table and 4 chairs.
There are two double bedrooms. The first has a queen size bed (60” x 80”) and the second has two single beds. You can request two additional beds if necessary to accommodate up to 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartments have air conditioning, cable TV, wireless internet, a walk-in closet, and a terrace from which you can enjoy a partial view of the bay and the ocean.
