At what time can we arrive?
The official check-in time is from 17:00 to 20:00.
If the holiday rental is available, you can also check-in before 17:00 if the apartment is ready and cleaned
What happens if I arrive late?
There will be an extra charge for late arrival (Usually after 20.00. pm)
How do we get the keys? How do we check-in?
When you arrive, normally you will meet with a representative at the holiday rental to get the keys and check-in.
Details of the check-in process are sent to you in the Final Confirmation Notice once you have booked an apartment and we have received your down-payment.
When do we have to check-out?
When you check-in, please let us know at what time you want to check-out, and let us know if you want to do a late check out (after 11:00 am).

Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, the prices include VAT.
How much is the down-payment to book an apartment?
The owner always charges a down-payment that depends ranging from 15 to 30% . They can accept credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTER CARD) or Bank Transfer or paypal but each owner has its own payment methods.The remaining balance of the rental is usually paid in cash when you check-in
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel your holiday rental booking more than 60 days before your scheduled check-in, we return the down-payment minus a 110 dollars administration charge.
If you cancel your booking 60 days or less before your scheduled check-in, we will keep 100% of the down-payment.
What are the security deposit conditions?
When you arrive, you must have your security deposit ready.
Depending on the apartment, the deposit is paid on arrival either in cash or by credit card imprint (the amount of the deposit is not charged, but it is retained). Will the holiday rental have bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are provided in all of our holiday apartments, at no extra charge.
